Eye on the Mountain Art Gallery was founded in the Spring of 2004.  Its purpose as a Gallery and Art center is to promote new artists and to house unique and unusual art that centers on the spiritual experience.  Inspired by the art of Santa Fe and the beauty of the Southwest in general, Eye on the Mountain
reflects the style and beauty of these inspirations.

We have Rotating Monthly Shows that feature single artists.
The shows include artist nights designed to allow the artist to
talk to the public about their work.  Our gallery also has a large selection of handmade gifts and jewelry not found anywhere else.

The Gallery was converted into an Artist's Co-operative in the spring of 2005 with the hopes that this would help promote the community atmosphere.  There are about 25 working members
of the Gallery.  All contribute by selling their work, hosting shows, hanging exhibits and helping to keep the gallery fresh.

In an effort to continue to have community events and outdoor activities, we are currently constructing a sculpture garden/performance space.  This space is designed to house intimate gatherings for music, dance, live art experiences and a large sculpture place.  Located at the edge of the Grantie Creek, this is a beautiful outdoor space designed with public use in mind.

Located in the historical McCormick Arts District, The Eye on the Mountain Art Gallery hopes to continue the legacy of artists and art spaces that house some of the most intersting art in Prescott, Arizona.  This most colorful area is desgined as a venue for art of all kinds.  Please come and visit us soon!
